Cindy Goldman Bauer has marketed and sold multi-family, planned unit developments (PUD), warehouse, office and condominium developments for over 20 years.

Recent sales include four apartment buildings, a luxury industrial warehouse project, and an auction that included 55 residential properties and vacant lots.  Cindy has a history of record setting sales.

Cindy has managed and sold large real estate portfolios for Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs). Her clients have included John Hancock, Ford Motor Credit Corporation, TransAmerica Financial Services and New York Life Insurance.

Cindy has liquidated REO properties for asset management companies, financial institutions, FDIC and RTC.  She has been successful in utilizing auctions as an expedient tool to sell real estate.
